Our fiberglass molds are expertly crafted using cutting-edge technology with a five-axis CNC machining center. This precision-driven process ensures that the mold processing error is an incredibly minimal 20um, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy for our water slides.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
For our fiberglass products, we source only the finest primary raw materials. From INEOS, we utilize high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, renowned for its exceptional water and weather resistance. Complementing this, we obtain pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. The curing agent comes from Nouryon, a world leader in its field. We employ an alkali-free fiberglass cloth that stands out for its high density, superior strength, and exceptional surface smoothness. This combination ensures seamless transitions and
delivers outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide is constructed with a gelcoat layer featuring two layers of high-grade waterproof resin at the base. The rest is fortified with enhanced resin for added durability. The waterproof resin excels in corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, providing far superior physical properties when compared to regular unsaturated resins. This advanced formulation prevents issues like water penetration, blistering, delamination, and compromised structural integrity, ensuring a robust lifespan of up to 10 years for our exceptional fiberglass slides.
