Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, achieving a remarkable mold processing precision with an error margin as minuscule as only 20 micrometers, ensuring impeccable quality and consistency.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We take pride in sourcing our premium fiberglass raw materials from industry leaders. Our isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, renowned for its superior water-resistant and weather-resistant properties, is provided by INEOS. Complementing this, we use AOC Aliancys' pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To ensure optimal curing, we trust Nouryon, the foremost global leader, for our curing agent supply. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth is deliberate for its superior density, strength, and smooth surface, facilitating seamless transitions and resulting
in exceptional performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

In the fiberglass slide molding process, we integrate a gelcoat layer engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, with the rest of the slide reinforced by robust enhanced resin. The specialized waterproof resin offers unparalleled advantages: it's extraordinarily corrosion-resistant, waterproof, and mold-preventive, delivering superior physical attributes compared to conventional unsaturated resins. This innovation ensures that our slides remain impervious to water penetration, thus effectively preventing blistering, delamination, and potential strength compromise.
