Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our fiberglass products are manufactured using premium raw materials from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys supplies our pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Nouryon, a global leader, provides our curing agents. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its superior density, strength, and smooth finish, creating flawless and seamless transitions.
This results in exceptional product performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while other sections are fortified with advanced resin. The waterproof resin offers remarkable corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, providing far superior physical properties compared to conventional unsaturated resins.
