Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
For our superior fiberglass products, we source only the finest raw materials. INEOS provides us with exceptional high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. From AOC Aliancys, we obtain pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent, the best in the world, is supplied by Nouryon. We employ premium alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its high density and strength, delivering products with a smooth surface and seamless transitions.
This combination results in outstanding performance that stands the test of time.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly designed with dual layers of specialized waterproof resin at the core. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The superior waterproof resin boasts impressive corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention. These attributes provide superior physical properties, far surpassing standard unsaturated resins.
