Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted utilizing the precision of a five-axis CNC machining center, which ensures a remarkable mold processing error margin of just 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The core raw materials for our premium fiberglass products are sourced from industry leaders. We use INEOS for their high-performance, water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we rely on AOC Aliancys for their pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The curing agent, an integral component for durability, is provided by Nouryon, a globally renowned brand. Our process incorporates alkali-free fiberglass cloth that is distinguished by its exceptional density, strength, and smooth surface, ensuring seamless transitions, ultimately leading to
superior performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide features an innovative gelcoat layer crafted with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, while the remainder is fortified with enhanced resin. The benefits of this top-tier waterproof resin are its excellent corrosion resistance, waterproofing capabilities, and resistance to mold, providing superior physical properties when compared to conventional unsaturated resins. This advanced protection ensures no water penetration that could cause blistering, delamination, or weaken the structure.
