Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using advanced five-axis CNC machining centers. With precision at its core, this technology ensures a mold processing error of a mere 20um, delivering unparalleled accuracy and quality.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our fiberglass products are crafted from top-tier raw materials from INEOS, renowned for their high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Complementing this, we source pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. As for the curing agent, we trust only Nouryon, the world's leading brand. We use premium alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density and strength. This provides a smooth surface with seamless transitions, resulting
in exceptional performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly constructed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, with the remaining sections fortified with enhanced resin. The waterproof resin's major benefits include its exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, offering superior physical properties that outclass standard unsaturated resins. This ensures water resistance, preventing issues like blistering, delamination, and compromised strength.
