Our meticulously crafted fiberglass molds are produced using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center. This advanced technology ensures precision with mold processing errors reduced to an impressively minimal 20 micrometers, guaranteeing exceptional quality and consistency.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
At the heart of our fiberglass product excellence are premium raw materials sourced from industry leaders. For instance, INEOS provides high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, renowned for its superior water and weather resistance. Complementing this, AOC Aliancys supplies our pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The curing agent, another crucial component, is sourced from Nouryon, the world's preeminent brand. We also use alkali-free fiberglass cloth which boasts remarkable density and strength, along with a smooth surface and seamless transitions. These elements come together to deliver

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide construction is fortified by a specially designed gelcoat layer, incorporating two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base. The rest of the slide is reinforced with enhanced resin. This waterproof resin is celebrated for its exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention.
