Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Crafted from the finest materials, our fiberglass products boast primary raw materials sourced from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with superior water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Meanwhile, AOC Aliancys supplies our pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. For unmatched curing quality, we trust Nouryon, the global leader in curing agents. We employ an alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its high density and strength. Its smooth surface and seamless transitions contribute to

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our advanced fiberglass slide gelcoat layer incorporates two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base, with additional sections reinforced with enhanced resin.
