Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using an advanced five-axis CNC machining center. This precision technology ensures a mold processing error as minuscule as 20 micrometers, guaranteeing the highest level of accuracy and quality in each mold we produce.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The cornerstone of our premium fiberglass products is the selection of superior raw materials. We source isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from INEOS, renowned for its exceptional water and weather resistance. Complementing this, we utilize pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Our curing agents are provided by Nouryon, a global leader in chemical manufacturing. Additionally, we use alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density and strength, providing a smooth surface and seamless transitions that ensure
unparalleled performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide manufacturing process begins with a specialized gelcoat layer composed of two layers of waterproof resin on the base. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin, ensuring extraordinary corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention.
