Our state-of-the-art fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted through a five-axis CNC machining center. This sophisticated technology guarantees a precise mold processing error of an impressive only 20um, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and quality.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We meticulously select the finest raw materials for our fiberglass products. Our primary materials hail from industry giants, INEOS and AOC Aliancys. INEOS offers a gelcoat that boasts exceptional water and weather resistance, made from isophthalic/neopentyl glycol components. Meanwhile, AOC Aliancys provides a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin that enhances durability. To complete our premium blend, we utilize a curing agent from Nouryon, the world leader in specialty chemicals. We employ alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density and strength. This cloth features a smooth surface and seamless transitions, which culminate in
outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat begins with two robust layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, complemented by sections reinforced with enhanced resin elsewhere. This waterproof resin brings remarkable benefits: unparalleled corrosion resistance, superior waterproofing, and effective mold prevention. It offers remarkable physical properties that surpass standard unsaturated resins, thus thwarting water infiltration and the subsequent risks of blistering, delamination, and diminished strength.
