Our fiberglass molds are masterfully crafted using state-of-the-art technology at a five-axis CNC machining center, delivering meticulous precision with a mold processing error of a remarkable only 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our fiberglass products are sourced from INEOS, featuring a superior blend of high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we utilize premium-grade materials from AOC Aliancys, which include pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To ensure the highest quality, the curing agent is supplied by Nouryon, the world's leading brand. Our manufacturing process employs alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its high density and strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, which collectively result
in exceptional performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously designed with two specialized layers of waterproof resin at its foundation, while the remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin. This innovative use of waterproof resin provides unparalleled corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and protection against mold, offering superior physical properties compared to conventional unsaturated resins. This meticulous approach prevents water penetration that can otherwise lead to blistering, delamination, and reduced strength.
