Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using an advanced five-axis CNC machining center. This state-of-the-art technology ensures precision with a mold processing error as minimal as only 20um, highlighting our commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our exceptional fiberglass products are sourced from INEOS, renowned for its high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we utilize AOC Aliancys' pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, known for its superior quality. The curing agent, a critical component, is supplied by Nouryon, the world's leading brand in this field. We employ alkali-free fiberglass cloth distinguished by its high density, remarkable strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, culminating
in outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is uniquely designed with two specialized layers of waterproof resin at the base. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin, providing significant advantages such as corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention.
