Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using an advanced five-axis CNC machining center. This state-of-the-art technology ensures a remarkably precise mold processing error of merely 20um, guaranteeing impeccable quality and performance.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our superior fiberglass products stem from the renowned INEOS, known for their high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we source from AOC Aliancys, which provides advanced pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To complete our premium formulation, we utilize the world-leading curing agents supplied by Nouryon. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its remarkable density, strength, and smooth surface, ensures seamless transitions and
delivers outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is innovatively designed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. This waterproof resin offers exceptional advantages such as superior corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention. It provides outstanding physical properties that surpass standard unsaturated resins, effectively preventing water penetration, blistering, delamination, and compromised structural strength.
