Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description

Sourced from INEOS, we incorporate high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, renowned for its water and weather resistance. From AOC Aliancys, we utilize pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, ensuring robustness and durability. The curing agent we apply is sourced from Nouryon, the global leader in its field. Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly crafted, featuring two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base. The rest of the slide is fortified with superior enhanced resin.
