Our fiberglass molds are expertly crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, guaranteeing a precise mold processing error margin of merely 20um, ensuring perfection in every detail.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We meticulously source the primary raw materials for our fiberglass products from renowned brands. INEOS supplies us with high-performance, water and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, while AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To complete the blend, we use a curing agent from Nouryon, the world's leading brand. Our use of alkali-free fiberglass cloth is notable for its exceptional high density, strength, smooth surface finish, and seamless transitions, culminating
in exceptional performance that stands out in the industry.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layers feature a sophisticated design incorporating two layers of top-tier waterproof resin at the foundation, with further sections fortified using enhanced resin. This innovative use of waterproof resin is celebrated for its superior properties, including corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, which collectively offer physical characteristics that far exceed those of standard unsaturated resins.
