Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using an advanced five-axis CNC machining center. This state-of-the-art technology ensures a mold processing error of merely 20 micrometers, delivering precision and excellence in every creation.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the primary raw materials for our superior fiberglass products from INEOS, known for its high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, which is both water-resistant and weather-resistant. AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent, from Nouryon-a global industry leader-ensures optimal performance. We use alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its exceptional density and strength. It features a remarkably smooth surface and seamless transitions, resulting
in unparalleled performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The gelcoat layer of our fiberglass slides is thoughtfully designed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, while other sections are fortified with advanced resin. This waterproof resin boasts remarkable corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, significantly surpassing the physical properties of conventional unsaturated resins.
