Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted with precision engineering utilizing a cutting-edge five-axis CNC machining center. This advanced technology ensures that our mold processing maintains an impressive error margin as minimal as just 20um, promising unparalleled accuracy and superior quality in every mold produced.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our primary materials for fiberglass production are meticulously selected from top-tier providers. We source high-performance water and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from INEOS. Additionally, we use pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. To ensure optimal curing, we partner with Nouryon, the global leader in curing agents. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its exceptional density, strength, and smooth surface, guarantees seamless transitions. This results in products exhibiting
outstanding performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly engineered with dual layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, while other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The hallmark of these waterproof resins is their remarkable resistance to corrosion, water infiltration, and mold, surpassing the physical properties of standard unsaturated resins. This innovative application prevents water penetration-related issues such as blistering, delamination, and strength reduction.
