Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We proudly source our premier fiberglass raw materials from INEOS, incorporating their high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we utilize premium pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. To complete our formula, the curing agent is provided by Nouryon, the world leader in this domain. Our manufacturing process includes the use of top-grade alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its exceptional density, strength, smooth finish, and seamless transitions, all culminating in
phenomenal performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly engineered with two layers of a specialized waterproof resin at its foundation. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin, providing formidable corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention properties. These qualities surpass the capabilities of ordinary unsaturated resins and effectively prevent water penetration, which can lead to issues such as blistering, delamination, and reduced strength.
