Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The essential raw materials for our fiberglass products are sourced from the reputable INEOS, featuring top-tier, high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat that is both water-resistant and weather-resistant. Additionally, we utilize materials from AOC Aliancys, incorporating pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The curing process is enhanced by a premier curing agent supplied by Nouryon, recognized as the world's leading brand. We employ superior alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its exceptional density, strength, smooth surface finish, and seamless transitions, culminating
in remarkable performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is thoughtfully engineered with a double layer of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, while the remaining areas are fortified with enhanced resin.
