Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, guaranteeing exceptional precision with a mold processing error of a mere 20um. This technology ensures that every curve and contour of our slides is fabricated with the utmost accuracy, providing unparalleled quality and consistency in our products.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our fiberglass creations boast superior quality due to our choice of prime raw materials. We source these from INEOS, known for their high-performance, water and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Our materials from AOC Aliancys feature pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. For curing, we trust Nouryon, a leader in the industry. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, distinguished by its impressive density, strength, and smooth, seamless surface transitions, which result
in truly outstanding performance levels, ensuring our products stand the test of time.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, while the other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The distinct advantage of this waterproof resin lies in its exceptional resistance to corrosion, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention. These features offer superior physical properties compared to ordinary unsaturated resins, safeguarding against water penetration which can cause blistering, delamination, and weakened strength.
