Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, guaranteeing a mold processing error as minimal as 20um, ensuring precision and reliability.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our superior fiberglass products are sourced from industry giants like INEOS, featuring high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. We also source from AOC Aliancys, utilizing pre-accelerated thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent is supplied by Nouryon, recognized as the world's leading brand. We use alkali-free fiberglass cloth renowned for its high density and strength, with a smooth surface and seamless transitions, resulting
in outstanding performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly crafted with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while the remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The waterproof resin offers unparalleled benefits such as superior corrosion resistance, advanced waterproofing, and effective mold prevention, showcasing physical properties that surpass standard unsaturated resins.
