Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our premium fiberglass products are created from top-tier raw materials sourced from industry leaders. We use high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from INEOS, complemented by AOC Aliancys' pre-accelerated, thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To ensure excellent curing, we rely on Nouryon, a world-renowned brand, for our curing agents. We employ alkali-free fiberglass cloth noted for its superior density, remarkable strength, flawlessly smooth surface, and seamless transitions, all of which contribute to
its remarkable and consistent performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly engineered with two specialized waterproof resin layers at its base, with the other sections fortified using enhanced resin. This waterproof resin boasts exceptional properties of corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention.
