Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining centers, guaranteeing an incredible mold processing precision of just 20 micrometers, ensuring the highest quality and detail.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We pride ourselves on using only the finest raw materials for our fiberglass products. Our primary components originate from industry leaders: INEOS, known for their top-tier, highly water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, and AOC Aliancys, renowned for their pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The curing agent, a vital ingredient, is sourced from Nouryon, a globally leading brand. Furthermore, we utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density, exceptional strength, and smooth surface, which ensures seamless transitions and
outstanding overall performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin, offering unparalleled corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention properties.
