Our fiberglass molds are exquisitely crafted using advanced five-axis CNC machining centers. This state-of-the-art technology ensures a precision level with a mold processing error of an astonishingly minimal 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We meticulously source our primary raw materials for fiberglass products from industry-leading suppliers. INEOS provides us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys contributes pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To enhance quality, we use a curing agent from Nouryon, a globally acclaimed brand. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth is deliberate, offering remarkable density, strength, and a flawless finish with smooth surface transitions, which
results in exceptional overall performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our expertly designed fiberglass slide gelcoat layer incorporates two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation. The rest of the structure is fortified with enhanced resin, boasting remarkable properties such as corrosion resistance, effective waterproofing, and mold prevention. These enhancements ensure unparalleled physical integrity when compared to conventional unsaturated resins.
