Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
For our premium fiberglass products, we exclusively source primary raw materials from INEOS, featuring high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat renowned for its superior water and weather resistance. Coupled with materials from AOC Aliancys, we utilize pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent, supplied by Nouryon, stands as the world's leading brand. We also incorporate alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density and strength, along with a smooth surface and seamless transitions, resulting
in outstanding performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer features an innovative design with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base, while other sections are reinforced with advanced resin. The waterproof resin is celebrated for its exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproof properties, and mold prevention, offering superior physical attributes compared to typical unsaturated resins.
